Failure to comply may result in account suspension, restricted access, or permanent removal from the platform.


2. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for:

  • The products and services they offer
  • The accuracy of product descriptions
  • Order fulfillment and delivery
  • Customer service and dispute resolution
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

ShopAurora does not own, inspect, or control merchant products.


3. Prohibited Products and Services

The following categories are strictly prohibited on ShopAurora:

Illegal Products

  • Stolen goods
  • Counterfeit or pirated products
  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Drug paraphernalia

Weapons and Dangerous Items

  • Firearms, ammunition, or firearm parts
  • Explosives, bombs, or weapon components
  • Knives intended for violent use

Fraudulent or Deceptive Products

  • Fake documents (IDs, certificates, licenses)
  • Products intended to deceive or scam customers
  • Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams

Financial and High-Risk Products

Adult and Exploitative Content

  • Exploitative or abusive content
  • Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts

Restricted Regulated Goods (without proper authorization)

4. Prohibited Activities

Merchants may not use ShopAurora to:

  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Misrepresent products or services
  • Process unauthorized transactions
  • Manipulate or abuse payment systems
  • Circumvent platform safeguards
  • Use stolen financial information
  • Launder money or engage in financial crime

5. Identity Verification and KYC

ShopAurora may request merchant verification information including:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Business registration documents
  • Bank account verification
  • Proof of business activity

Failure to provide requested information may result in restricted or suspended account functionality.


6. Monitoring and Enforcement

ShopAurora reserves the right to:

  • Monitor accounts for suspicious or prohibited activity
  • Review merchant accounts and transactions
  • Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
  • Withhold payouts where fraud or violations are suspected
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
